After five seasons of “What We Do in the Shadows“, there is still no end in sight. Find out when you can expect the sixth season here.
“What We Do in the Shadows” is a hilarious mockumentary series created by Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi, based on their 2014 film “5 Rooms, Kitchen, Coffin”. Set on Staten Island, the story follows a group of vampire flatmates as they face the challenges of modern life. The series cleverly parodies vampire legends and explores the absurdities of immortal existence.
From dealing with new technologies to encounters with werewolves and vampire council meetings, the show balances supernatural elements with everyday humor. So far there are five seasons of the series, three of which you can stream on Disney+. Find out when the sixth season will be released here.
Then What We Do in the Shadows season 6 will be released
A sixth season is already a certainty. Due to the strike by the screenwriters and actors, the release date for season 6 has probably been postponed slightly. The good news is that both unions, SAG-AFTRA and WGA, have now reached an agreement with the studios. If filming starts promptly, a release at the end of 2024 should not be unlikely. Until then, however, fans will just have to wait and see.
